HCA Florida West Hospital system location in Pensacola, Florida, is seeking a full-time emergency medicine EM assistant medical director.

• HCA Florida West Hospital: 65,000 annual visits • Perdido Bay FSED: 30,000 annual visits • Pea Ridge FSED: 18,000 annual visits • Pine Forest FSED: 15,000 annual visits
Qualifications and Leadership Duties:
Leadership experience strongly preferred. ABEM, AOBEM board certified or board eligible.
Support the facility medical director in overseeing ED operations and clinical performance. Provide guidance to the team to ensure high-quality evidence-based patient care. Monitor patient outcomes, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement initiatives that enhance care quality and efficiency. Champion safety and best practices throughout the emergency department.
