Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and organizing travel arrangements.
- Act as a liaison between the Executive and internal/external stakeholders, including high-profile clients, talent agencies, production companies, and other entertainment industry contacts.
- Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism when representing the Executive in meetings, on calls, and at events.
- Conduct research and stay up-to-date on industry trends, providing insights and recommendations
- Assist with ad hoc tasks and special projects requested
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience as an assistant, in the entertainment industry/supporting high-level executives.
- Strong understanding of the entertainment landscape, including relationships with agencies, production companies, and talent.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and other relevant software.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask under tight deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A high level of discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to anticipate needs
- Flexibility to work outside of regular business hours when necessary.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience supporting an executive in the entertainment industry is required
- Must be located in Nashville, TN, Los Angeles or New York.
