The Job:

OMG23 | Disney Entertainment | Media Buying

This role is your entry point into the world of media buying. As an Assistant Negotiator, you'll learn how media decisions are made, how campaigns are bought and tracked, and how everything connects from planning to billing. You'll support day-to-day account work, collaborate with strategy teams, and build relationships with media vendors to make sure buys run smoothly.

What You'll Do

• Help turn media plans and buy specs into live schedules
• Build and maintain schedules by release or title
• Track inventory and monitor allocated vs. unallocated placements
• Learn and apply media math, ratings, impressions, CPMs, and key buying concepts
• Support cost estimates and planning inputs for strategy teams
• Ensure schedules match contracts, proposals, and system loads
• Prepare and analyze quarterly and annual post-buy reports
• Communicate with vendors to manage schedule changes, make-goods, and credits
• Issue RFPs and track pricing and availability
• Pull research on ratings, programming, and market trends
• Collect and organize daily spot times from networks

You Bring:

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
• Comfortable with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Interest in media especially national TV or media buying
• Strong communicator (written and verbal)
• Flexible and adaptable in fast-moving environments
• Proactive problem-solver with sharp critical thinking

California: $40,000.00 - $40,000.00

Omnicom's policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager.
