Duties: This position assists the Nurse Executive in managing the overall operations of the Nursing Department. Qualifications: Mandatory Minimum Qualifications Experience: Four (4) years Registered Nurse experience in department applying for and Two (2) years nursing leadership experience. Education: Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from an accredited nursing program. License: Valid and unrestricted Registered Nurse license in any U.S. State or Territory. Certificate: Valid American Heart Association (AHA) certification in Basic Life Support and maintain certification. Valid American Heart Association (AHA) certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and maintain certification. Valid American Heart Association (AHA) certification in Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) and maintain certification. Valid certification in Moderate Sedation within one (1) month from date of hire and maintain certification.
