Job Summary:

The Assistant Nurse Manager’s duties and responsibilities are assisting the Nursing Director in building and maintaining a high reliable culture of safety. He/she helps their manager by overseeing the daily operations of their units to ensure the department runs smoothly and effectively.

Requirements:

Masters Degree preferred, B.S.N. or proof of academic achievement toward B.S.N. degree.  Current licensure with the State of Rhode Island as a registered nurse. Ability to lift approximately fifty pounds.
