Overview

Saint Mary's Hospital, part of Trinity Health of New England, is seeking Assistant Nurse Managers (ANMs) to support clinical teams in a collaborative, patient-centered community hospital environment.

This role is perfect for nurses ready to transition from bedside to leadership while making a direct impact on patient care and team culture.

What You'll Do

  • Assist with staffing, operations, and patient care oversight

  • Support and mentor nursing staff

  • Promote patient safety and quality care standards

  • Drive team engagement and retention

  • Partner with leaders on process improvement and compliance

  • Maintain a visible leadership presence on the unit

Qualifications

  • Active Connecticut RN License

  • BLS required

  • 3+ years RN experience

  • Leadership/Charge RN experience preferred

  • BSN Required
