Department/Specialty: Cardiovascular

Schedule: Full time | Evening Shift | 40 hours/week, Monday - Friday, 3pm-11pm, Flexibility to meet needs of the department

  • Lead and mentor a dedicated clinical team, fostering a culture of professional growth and accountability to ensure every associate feels supported in their role.

  • Coordinate daily patient flow to ensure that every individual who walks through our doors receives timely, compassionate, and high-quality care.

  • Champion clinical excellence by overseeing department operations and implementing strategies that directly improve patient outcomes.

  • Audit and evolve our care standards through active participation in quality initiatives, turning data into actionable plans for better healthcare delivery.

  • Build the future of our team by leading the hiring, training, and ongoing development of staff members, ensuring we have the right talent in the right places.

What minimum qualifications you'll need:

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Kansas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

Education:

  • Required professional licensure/certification AND 1 year of cumulative job specific experience required.
