The Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) Ambulatory is responsible for assisting the Nurse Manager in the daily operations of the ambulatory clinic. The ANM provides leadership and direction to nursing staff, ensures quality patient care, and supports the implementation of clinical policies and procedures. This role includes supervisory responsibilities and requires strong clinical and administrative skills.
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing nursing staff schedules and assignments.
Monitor patient care activities to ensure compliance with standards.
Support staff development through training and performance evaluations.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Act as a liaison between staff and management.
Address patient and staff concerns promptly and professionally.
Qualifications:
Pay Range:
$140,000.00 USD - $208,000.00 USD
The pay range listed for this position is the annual base salary range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law.
