Assistant Nurse Manager -Freestanding ER Lakeland Mid Shift

Positions details:

• Location: Free Standing ER, 5501 S. Florida Ave, Lakeland, FL
• Status: Full Time
• Shift: 12:45 PM - 1:15 AM
• Every other weekend requirement
• On Call: No
• Always in person

Requirements:

• RN (Registered Nurse) License
• Bachelor's degree or Higher in Nursing
• 2-year experience in the emergency department preferred -1 year Leadership
• BLS certification with the American Red Cross or American Heart Association
• ACLS certification with the American Heart Association
• PALS certification with the American Heart Association

The Assistant Nurse Manager - responsibilities and skills:

• Proficient in the area of patient population utilizing effective management skills
• Supports the Nurse Manager in a capacity while managing team members and patient care issues
• Ongoing team member performance appraisal and the hiring, counseling and terminating process
• Acts as a role model for other team members and the communication of organizational information
