Summary Assists with planning, administering, and evaluating 24-hour operation of one or more nursing units. Attends patient rounds with physicians, answers questions regarding patients condition, receives physicians orders, and notes patients charts. Directs preparation and maintenance of patient clinical records.

Education Minimum Education and/or Graduate of an accredited nursing school, AD in Nursing, RN Diploma, or BSN, or if attended an approved nursing school, must have two years of recent acute care hospital experience in the past three years.

Experience Two years experience required.

Credentials

• Registered Nurse
• BLS and ACLS through AHA or Red Cross
