Our client is looking for Assistant Nurse Manager (NICU) to:
Apply the leadership and administrative skills you developed at the bedside to support a highly specialized Level III NICU team; lead a team that delivers complex, compassionate care to our tiniest patients.
Coordinate patient care, foster staff development, drive performance improvements, and ensure operational efficiency.
Foster a positive working environment in your unit as part of an inclusive workplace where diversity and individual differences are valued, and you actively help team members navigate their career growth and development.
Required Skills and Certifications:
Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree of Science in Nursing (BSN or MSN).
RN Current and valid Registered Nurse license to work within the state of California.
BLS Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers by American Heart Association (AHA).
NICRNC - Neonatal Intensive Care Nurse required within 6 months of hire or transfer into position.
NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Program required within 90 days of hire or transfer into position.
