    WHAT WE NEED YOU TO DO:

    As the RN (registered nurse) assistant unit manager you will be responsible for the supervision and provision of quality nursing care given within the Rehab unit.  You will closely with the unit manager and the director of nursing.  You will be responsible for maintaining the quality and adequacy of nursing practice; for coordinating nursing and training programs; for recognizing and assisting in solving professional, administrative and supervisory problems. observation of results obtained.

    THESE ARE THE QUALIFICATIONS WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
    • Licensed by the Kentucky Board of Nursing as a Registered Nurse (RN) 
    • Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing
    • Current BLS CPR certification (BLS)
    • One year minimum of experience as a charge nurse in a Long Term Care setting, preferred
    • IV Therapy course, preferred
    • License/Certification: RN (Registered Nurse); CPR certification (BLS)

    Work Hours:
    • Full time Monday through Friday 8:00am to 4:30p
    • Salaried position
    • Nursing On-Call Rotation required
