- High school diploma or GED required
- 1-3 years of administrative support, office coordination, customer service, or business operations experience preferred
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and data management tools

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Administrative Coordinator will provide administrative, operational, and customer support functions to help ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the business. Responsibilities include managing office communications, maintaining records and documentation, assisting with scheduling and purchasing activities, supporting ERP system administration, coordinating customer inquiries, and contributing to process improvement initiatives.

This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and efficiency. This position offers an excellent opportunity for an administrative professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced industrial environment and is interested in developing into a leadership-focused office management role. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting daily business operations while serving as a liaison between multiple departments including customer service, production, engineering, purchasing, shipping, and management.
