The selected candidate will work closely with our accounting staff and leadership team, providing administrative support while assisting with day-to-day accounting functions. Key Responsibilities
- Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and invoicing.
- Perform accounting functions using QuickBooks.
- Provide administrative support to the leadership team.
- Answer incoming calls and assist with general office operations as needed.
- Support business operations and special projects while leadership is traveling.
Qualifications
- Previous administrative experience preferred.
- Knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and invoicing is preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and work effectively in a team environment.
- No degree required; relevant experience is preferred.
