Assistant Operations Manager TPA

The Assistant Operations Manager will be a part of our airport leadership team reporting to the General Manager and leading and driving the daily floor operations at your station. The ideal candidate for this position thrives in a fast-paced environment and is a hands-on coach for security customer service and sales.Key Responsibilities IncludeSpend 80 of time on the floor in a customer-facing environment at the airportEnsure CLEAR and TSA policy and procedures are conducted with the highest levels of security and integrityMonitor & drive security service & sales on each shiftManage shift briefings debriefs & huddles as well as any changes breaks and rotations Coach mentor and train the team to meet sales and customer service goals and standardsOversee asset control & devices - understand how our technology works & be able to troubleshoot when necessaryRepresent CLEAR throughout the airport TSA and airline community by building strong stakeholder relationshipsManage incident prevention and responsesAttend station management team meetingsIdeal candidates will have1-2 years of leadership experience in a customer-facing operation i.e. retail restaurants hospitality rental cars.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to motivate mentor and influence others.Ability to manage multiple priorities in an ever-changing environmentStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tasksProficiency in using technology daily in your workAbility to standwalk for extended periods of timeAbility to follow policies and procedures set forth by CLEAR airport state and federal regulationsAvailability to work a non-traditional schedule i.e. weekends holidays early mornings andor eveningsSuccessful completion of CLEAR airport and government screening as applicable and CLEAR background checks including but not limited to a drug test.
