Compensation: $17.00-$19.00 per hour - paid weekly
Schedule: 2nd shift (Evening/Overnight) | Monday–Thursday | 4:30 PM–3:00 AM

What You'll Do as a Assistant Operator:- Assist the Operator with running equipment, product movement, tracking and rotation.
- Stock and supply assigned lines; ensure cleanliness of assigned area.
- Assist with product movement in warehouse operations.
- Receive, process and intake materials as needed for assigned area of operations.
- Assure quality and safety standards are adhered to.
- Perform sanitation tasks as assigned.
- Assist other team members in completion of work. Record keeping, and organizational skills.
- Excellent oral and written skills.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as SOP's and safety documents.
- Detail oriented and able to multi-task.
- Strong interpersonal skills, positive attitude, and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
What You Need to Bring to the Assistant Operator Role:- High school diploma, or GED preferred.
- Must be a self-starter capable of working in a team-based environment.
- Experience in a food grade facility preferred.
- Dry goods and high-speed packaging experience preferred.
- Ability to solve practical problems and the ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral diagram or schedule form.
