About the Role:
Join Spray-Net Boston Metro South as an Assistant Painter and be part of a dynamic team dedicated to transforming homes with our innovative painting solutions. In this role, you'll support our expert painters and gain hands-on experience in the industry, all while contributing to a company that values quality and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Assist lead painters in preparing surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, and priming.
- Ensure all equipment and work areas are maintained and cleaned after use.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment at all times.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure project efficiency.
- Attend training sessions to learn the Spray-Net way and enhance painting techniques and product knowledge.
- Assist in loading and unloading materials and equipment for job sites.
- Play your part in blowing the customers’ minds! (Really, they are very impressed with our service, and it’s the best part of our job)
- Learn to apply paint using spray equipment.
Requirements:
- Language: English
- Complete our online and on-site training program.
- Not afraid of heights and ladder work
- Experience in painting or construction is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for quality workmanship.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and follow directions.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials as needed.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and tools.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Basic knowledge of spray-applied painting methods is a bonus.
