- Read and Interpret Estimates
- Understand Mirror Matching and Core Process
- PA Estimator's License a Plus - We Pay For License
- Strong Computer Skills - Web based programs, Fast typing
- Strong Math Skills
- Professional Personality
- Valid PA Driver's License
- Excellent Communication, Organizational & interpersonal Skills
