Position Overview
As an Assistant Personal Training Manager, you will play a key role in driving personal training sales team performance and client retention. Youll be responsible for leading and motivating a team of Personal Trainers, ensuring outstanding customer service, and helping members achieve their fitness goals while maximizing revenue opportunities.
Compensation & Benefits

Key Responsibilities
· Drive personal training sales through consultations, promotions, and client retention strategies · Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Personal Trainers · Set and achieve monthly sales and performance goals · Deliver exceptional customer service to members and clients · Implement company-wide fitness and sales initiatives · Maintain high energy, professionalism, and a competitive mindset · Oversee daily operations related to personal training and ensure compliance with company policies
Qualifications
· CPR Certification required · Nationally Recognized Personal Training Certification (NASM, ACE, NSCA, etc.) · Sales and leadership experience in a fitness or performance-driven environment · Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals · Strong communication, organization, and time management skills · Ability to adapt, lead a team, and thrive in a fast-paced results-driven setting
