Your efforts are crucial in minimizing equipment downtime and enhancing production line efficiency. Key responsibilities include spearheading capital projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they meet budget and timeline targets while minimizing impact on daily operations. You will collaborate with various departments to align project execution with safety and environmental regulations. Leading the maintenance department, you will implement state-of-the-art systems such as Preventive/Predictive Maintenance and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) to optimize our manufacturing efficiency. As a leader, you'll develop a high-performing team, enforce safety protocols, and uphold compliance standards. You will also work on maintaining and analyzing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure continuous performance improvement and operational excellence.
