Responsibilities
- Help lead and motivate a team of manufacturing employees to achieve daily production goals
- Support a safe, efficient, and high-quality production environment
- Assist with coordinating workflow and keeping operations running smoothly
- Troubleshoot production challenges and help improve processes
- Promote teamwork, accountability, and strong communication on the plant floor
- Work closely with plant leadership to meet production and quality standards
Requirements
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate people
- Experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
- Hands-on mentality with a willingness to jump in where needed
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
- Mechanical aptitude is a plus
- No college degree required — leadership and manufacturing experience matter most
Pay: 60-80k
