Salary: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Schedule: 1st Shift

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in metal fabrication, manufacturing operations, or a related technical field
• 3-5 years of management or supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong leadership, project management, and employee development skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, urgent requests, and production demands simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Experience with inventory management, production scheduling, and process improvement initiatives
• Ability to work effectively with production, quality, maintenance, shipping, and receiving teams
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Results-driven mindset with a focus on efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction

Job Duties:

• Support the Plant Manager and serve as backup for daily plant operations
• Oversee shipping and receiving operations, including personnel, processes, and company drivers
• Manage raw material, packaging, and consumable inventories
• Develop and maintain facility-wide standards for cleanliness and organization
• Monitor high-priority jobs through production to ensure customer delivery and quality requirements are met
• Identify production schedule challenges and implement corrective actions
• Serve as a liaison between Quality and Production teams to resolve quality issues
• Coordinate with Maintenance to ensure equipment issues are addressed quickly and downtime is minimized
• Drive process optimization, workflow improvements, and operational efficiency initiatives
• Train, coach, and develop employees across multiple departments
• Support waste reduction and rework minimization efforts
• Assist in creating solutions that improve productivity, customer service, and overall plant performance
