Assistant Plant Manager

GENERAL SUMMARY

Assists the Plant Manager in directing and overseeing the daily operation of the plant.

Perform duties of the Plant Manager in his absence.

Major Responsibilities:

1. Assist in production and distribution functions.
2. Assists in monthly inventory reconciliation.
3. Coordinates the upkeep and cleanliness of the plant premises inside and out.
4. Promotes and enforces safety policy at the location.

3. Customer quality issues
4. Responds to all complaints for resolution.
5. Enforces policies and procedures from upper management for the company.
