Our client is a highly respected, privately owned commercial construction specialist with a strong presence across the Southeast. Manage project schedules, budgets, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and client stakeholders. Support preconstruction, procurement, and project planning activities. Track project costs and assist with financial reporting and forecasting. Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to quality expectations. Maintain strong client relationships and contribute to repeat business opportunities. Collaborate with field teams to resolve construction challenges and keep projects progressing efficiently.

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred. Experience supporting or managing commercial construction projects. Experience within Class A office interiors, tenant improvements, healthcare, financial institutions, or similar commercial sectors. Strong understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration. Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work effectively in a team-based environment. Desire to grow within a stable organization known for strong employee retention and career development.
