A rapidly growing GC with projects across the U.S. & Canada is seeking Assistant Project Managers to support upcoming $20M+ builds. Office is based in MA, with biweekly travel (as needed) to jobsites Nationwide!
The Assistant Project Manager is responsible for:
Assisting the Project Manager with day-to-day management of cleanroom construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
Coordinating project schedules, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and subcontractor activities to support project execution.
Maintaining project documentation, reports, meeting minutes, logs, contracts, and financial records.
Serving as a liaison between clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and stakeholder satisfaction.
Supporting project safety, quality control, and compliance with contract requirements, design specifications, and company standards.
Assisting with cost control, billing reviews, change management, and coordination with accounting and procurement teams.
Building strong client and team relationships while supporting collaboration across project stakeholders.
Supporting project closeout, warranty administration, and issue resolution to ensure successful project delivery.
The right Assistant Project Manager has the following qualifications:
Willingness to travel extensively and work at various project sites nationwide
Commutable to office in Attleboro, MA
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, Civil, or Electrical Engineering
0-5+ years relevant construction experience
Ability to use Microsoft suite applications especially Microsoft Project and Microsoft Excel
Experience with Procore or similar construction management software required
The Assistant Project Manager will receive:
Competitive base salary up to $105K
Annual Bonus
