PAY RANGE: $15.89 - $19.06/Hour (Depending on Qualifications & Experience)
SCHEDULE: Part-Time
DEPARTMENT: Recreation
This person will assist the Assistant Aquatics Manager and the Aquatics Manager with day-to-day responsibilities. This employee may be asked to;
- Supervise head lifeguards and lifeguards.
- Work through disciplinary issues with specific staff who are struggling.
- Lifeguard at times.
- And help with other administrative duties as needed.
| MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS |
- 2 years of work experience in Aquatic Facility Management is preferred.
- Must have a current Red Cross Lifeguard Certification.
- Must have a current CPR and First Aid Certification.
- Having a LGIT and WSIT certifications are a plus.
- Computer Literacy and ability to work with the public and other Legacy Center employees is required.
- Have the ability to lift 50 lbs and be in good general health.
- Looking mostly for someone to work 1 - 2 shifts a week, and mainly be a substitute.
