Job Summary
We are seeking a responsible and safety-conscious Assistant Pool Manager to join our team. As an assistant you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of all swimmers. You will enforce safety rules and monitor pool activities throughout shifts for all of your lifeguards. The ideal candidate has experience with rescue procedures and is first aid/CPR certified.

Responsibilities

Respond to inquiries regarding the programs and offerings
Manage staff and lead regular staff meetings
Develop and implement marketing strategies
Create or approve schedules
Follow all health and safety guidelines

Qualifications

Excellent communication & organization skills
Able to work independently, problem solve, and think creatively
Able to follow all health and safety guidelines and ensure the safety of program participants at all times
Positive and encouraging attitude
Able to work on your feet for extended periods
