They are highly qualified childcare educators who are able to use their creativity and the Goddard Developmental Guidelines as the basis for unique lesson plans that are brought to life in a fun and imaginative way. Qualifications:
- High School diploma required
- Associate or Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education or Child Development Associate (CDA) or TCC for a LEAD position
- Meets background check eligibility
- Must have great love and patience for children
- Compassionate attitude and strong understanding of child development
- Dependable and adaptable and enjoys working in a team environment
- Implement lesson plans, training on sight
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour

The Goddard School provides the foundation to encourage a child's lifelong love of learning .In our warm, caring atmosphere, dedicated teachers support the development of children from 6 weeks to 8 years old. Our year round program offers families the choice of either half day or full day schedule.
