Adecco is hiring immediately for Assistant Press Operators at a local client in Macedon, NY. Assistant Press Operators do essential jobs with one of our premier clients, with rates starting at $19.00 - $21.50/hr., plus available overtime. In this role, you will be involved in nearly every step of the flexographic printing process — from prepping inks and loading film rolls to performing quality checks and supporting press changeovers, all while working alongside experienced operators and learning hands-on every day.

Requirements:
· High School Diploma or GED
· No prior experience required — we'll provide full training for the right candidate
· Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and production equipment
· Familiarity with safety protocols, quality tools, and ISO standards
· Strong communication, organizational, and basic math skills
· Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a team-oriented mindset
· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
· Willingness to work overtime when needed
