Qualifications:

NJ School Principal Certificate

Three (3) years minimum experience in teaching, curriculum development and school administration as determined by the Board

Demonstrated ability to work effectively in the areas of personnel management, school administration and supervision of programs and staff

Proven and documented record of successful academic leadership

Strong organizational, communication, consultative and interpersonal skills

Ability to supervise and guide School Climate & Social Emotional Learning Programs

Ability to evaluate instructional program and teaching effectiveness

Exceptional customer service orientation, including ability to establish and maintain successful relationships with the educational community

Maintains confidentiality as required and appropriate

Demonstrated the ability to handle multiple priorities in a highly transactional, fast paced environment

Must be a NJ resident within one (1) year of hire

Extra duties as assigned by the building Principal

Salary: Following the established CHASA salary guidelines ranging from $110,000 minimum to $180,000 maximum per year. Final compensation offer will be based on experience and qualifications.

Full-time staff are eligible for Medical, Prescription, and Dental Benefits. Sick, Personal and Bereavement Days are included
