  • New Mexico Administrative License or eligibility
  • Master's Degree with hours in Education Administration
  • Minimum of three (3) years teaching experience
  • Assistant Principal or Instructional Coach experience preferred

  • Knowledge of elementary school curriculum and instruction
  • Evidence of leadership ability necessary for improvement of instruction
  • Ability to evaluate instructional program and teaching effectiveness
