SES is seeking applicants who will provide instructional leadership to our talented and mission driven staff and lead the on-going growth of student achievement. Successful candidates will support the building level principal by:
- Collaborating with school leaders on instructional decisions
- Monitoring the progress of at risk student groups
- Assisting with implementing an innovative program for behavior interventions
- Analyzing school data and work with collaborative groups to make plans for next steps within the PLC process
- assisting with the development and monitoring of MTSS and trama informed practices
- Collaborates with all stakeholders to increase a school and community learning culture
- Support and assist in implementing school initiatives for sustained growth
We are searching for candidates with:
- A minimum of 5 years classroom experience
- Successful experience in leadership positions such as instructional support or administrative roles
- Instructional Leadership Certification
- Experience with MTSS practices
- Involvement with continuous improvement systems and processes
This position is for the 2026-2027 school year. Salary based on board approved salary schedule for the 2026-2027 school year.
