Assistant Production Manager

KAAPA Partners Aurora, LLC is looking for a detail-oriented team leader for our Assistant Production Manager opening.   The ideal candidate for this position should have 5+ years of relevant work experience in the ethanol industry and excellent problem-solving skills while maintaining quality standards.  Primary duties include assisting the Production Manager in monitoring and reviewing daily production levels, completing all reporting requirements, supervising production crews, and directly supervising all shutdown and start-ups of the plant.  Working hours are Monday-Friday 5pm-1:30am and must be available for a call-in basis as required as the plant is operational 24 hours a day/7 days a week.  The position requires candidate to be able to exert up to 75 lbs of force occasionally and 30 lbs frequently.  Please apply online at www.kaapaethanolcommodities.com, send your resume to hr@kaapaethanol.com or call 308-455-4190 option 3 for more information.   EOE/Drug Testing Required
