Specific DutiesSupervision of CrewOversee and cultivate a safe, productive, and supportive work environment

Train crew members in production proceduresObserve and evaluate crew members and work procedures to ensure quality and efficiency standards are metProvide praise and constructive feedback for crew members, redirecting as neededCommunicate clearly so that all expectations are shared and understoodSolicit and respond to feedback from crew members

Production ManagementHelp lead Production of products (depending on business need and candidate aptitude)

We are a small and growing team, and how we operate changes frequentlyOversee production of Barnacle's products, ensuring adherence to Barnacle's procedures and process controlsEnsure that production processes are executed accurately, exercising attention to detail and time management skillsRecommend measures for improving work procedures and crew performance to increase quality, efficiency, and job satisfaction

General Duties: Get stuff done

Clean and sanitize the processing area, dishes, and equipmentCarefully weigh, record, and assemble products following detailed proceduresComplete other duties as assignedPackage products for shipping following different protocols for wholesale and online orders

Requirements:
