Experience with international co-productions and familiarity with AI tools, the creator economy, and emerging storytelling technologies, formats, and platforms are preferred.

The position will participate in the selection of MFA applicants and mentor students through the MFA thesis and postgraduate planning. A fully engaged presence on campus is required, as well as a willingness to participate in various cross-disciplinary initiatives.

The successful candidate will have an active hand in shaping the future direction of the Creative Producing program and the Film program as a whole alongside colleagues in directing and screenwriting.

Candidates for Assistant Professor or Associate Professor (tenure-track position) must have demonstrated and shown promise of the capacity for creative work and the accompanying pedagogy qualifying them for future nomination to tenure.

Candidates with the rank of Associate Professor (tenured) must have a demonstrated record of professional and teaching achievement and show great promise of attaining distinction in their fields of specialization.

Candidates for Assistant Professor of Professional Practice must have demonstrated capacity for creative work and exhibit the potential for continuing to make significant contributions to their area of professional practice and accompanying pedagogy.
