The Department of Internal Medicine at Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in Shreveport is seeking applicants for a full-time position in the Section of Infectious Disease. This position is for an Assistant Professor of Medicine in the Division of Infectious Diseases. Graduating ID fellows are welcome to apply. Areas of clinical and research interest include HIV medicine and literacy, transplant infections, antimicrobial stewardship, viral hepatitis, and algae infections. We are especially interested in qualied candidates who can contribute, through their research, teaching, and/or service, to the diversity and excellence of the academic community and will work toward building an equitable and diverse scholarly environment.
