The Department of Food Science and Human Nutrition is seeking applications for a part-time instructor for the Food Science & Human Nutrition Program.

Teach one or more courses in one of our three undergraduate programs
Assess student progress
Provide student feedback
Develop new course materials
Pre-employment criminal background check (required for new hires)
This position will report to the Department Head.
Master’s degree in a related field
1-2 years Teaching Experience
Experience working in university setting
Experience designing new college-level courses
Registered Dietitian Nutritionist
