The Auburn University at Montgomery, College of Business, Department of Information Systems, invites applications to fill an Assistant Professor of Management Information Systems.
Requires Ph.D. in Information Systems; as well as (i) Record of scholarly activity and (ii) Record of effective teaching at the college level.
Responsibilities:Apply excellent written and verbal communication skills to develop and teach undergraduate and graduate level courses in Management Information Systems with a focus on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning in business. Course may include Algorithms for supervised and unsupervised learning, data preparation, neural networks, and generative AI; Engage in undergraduate and graduate advising; Develop and conduct a highly visible, program of research in the field; Serve on departmental, college-level and/or university wide committees.
