Albany Medical College is seeking a highly motivated and collaborative individual for the position of a Research Assistant Professor with a specialization in Biostatistics and/or Quantitative Medical and Health Sciences Epidemiology. This is an entry-level faculty position ideal for early-career researchers or recent graduates seeking to build a career in academic medicine and clinical research. The successful candidate will join a collaborative and interdisciplinary environment dedicated to advancing patient-centered research as well as basic science research.. Instructors with this specialization bring their skills in statistical analysis, study design (observational studies, clinical trials), and interpretation of complex health data to inform and guide research efforts. This appointment carries with it all rights and responsibilities associated with employment at the College, along with a faculty title of instructor, (non-tenure track), and is contingent upon approval by the College's Committee on Appointments, Promotion, and Tenure.
