Department Management Marketing Job Purpose
Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. Immigration sponsorship will not be offered for this position.
Two full-time faculty positions each with a 3-3 teaching load (18 credit hours per academic year). In addition to principles of marketing, the successful candidate must be capable of teaching other marketing courses, such as marketing strategy, marketing communications, marketing research, or consumer behavior. This is a 9-month position with a preferred start date of August 2027.
Essential Duties
Teaching undergraduate and graduate courses, advising students, contributing to curriculum development and program assessment, conducting high quality scholarly research, and performing service to the Department, University, and Community.
Additional Skills Required
Familiarity with new advancements in marketing, quantitative research methods, data analytics, and AI application in marketing
Minimum Education Requirements
An earned Ph.D. in marketing from an AACSB-accredited business school with at least 18 credit hours of coursework. ABD candidates near completion will be considered.
Preferred Education Minimum Job Experience Requirements
Teaching assistant during Ph.D. program
Preferred Qualifications
Previous teaching or work experience in the field of marketing. Demonstrating oral proficiency in English language is a requirement, as mandated by state law.
