Purpose of Position and Scope of Responsibility: The Assistant Professor of Nursing is responsible for implementation of the nursing program curriculum consonant with both educational and nursing best practices. The incumbent is required to function as a mentor to his or students and to serve as a professional practice role model.
Under the general direction of Director of Nursing
responsible for 1 shift, 8 hours/day, 5 days/week. Incumbents are subject to callback as deemed necessary.

Physical Requirements:
