• Provides clinical care for children and adolescents with a wide range of developmental and behavioral concerns, including but not limited to: autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, learning disabilities, developmental delays, and other neurodevelopmental conditions
• Provides outpatient care with occasional inpatient consults
• Participates in the education of medical students and residents
• Adheres to institutional and departmental policies and procedures
• Engages in the advancement of scientific knowledge through research and/or scholarship Ensures compliance with HIPAA and billing regulations
• Serves the academic community through participation in institutional governance, such as committee work and other administrative duties
• Contributes to the community through academically-related public service complementary to the institutional mission

• Certification by the American Board of Pediatrics in Developmental - Behavioral Pediatrics
• Established or emerging regional or national reputation for the rank of Associate Professor or higher

• M.D. or D.O. degree, or foreign equivalent
• Successful completion of an ACGME-accredited Pediatrics Residency Program
• Successful completion of an ACGME-accredited Developmental-Behavioral Pediatrics Fellowship Program
• Texas medical license, or eligibility for medical licensure in the State of Texas
