Earned a doctorate in Educational Leadership, Educational Administration, or a closely related field Experience in K-12 or higher education settings preferred Strong commitment to teaching excellence and student mentorship Demonstrated research potential or established scholarship record Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Understanding of diverse learning needs and inclusive pedagogical approaches
