The Dept of Mgmt, Mktg, & Ops, at the Univ of IL Springfield, located in a mid-size metropolitan area, is seeking a full-time Assistant Professor to assist w/ the following responsibilities:

 

Under direction & supervision, teach management and business courses at the undergraduate & graduate levels w/ primary focus in Human Resource Mgmt. Develop & expand existing programs, concentrations, & minors in the areas of Human Resource Mgmt., & conduct student advising. Utilize specialized knowledge of Org. Beh. & HRM to perform teaching & research tasks. Engage in scholarly research leading to peer-reviewed journal publications. Be available & engaged in the campus community, with assigned professional responsibilities for teaching, scholarship, & service. University service & other duties as assigned. Some travel maybe required for professional development. This position minimally requires a PhD or its foreign equivalent in Bus. Admin., Mgmt., Mktg & Ops., or a related field of study. The salary range for this position is $105,000 to $125,000.
