Responsibilities:About Tabor Services
We aim to ensure that the services we provide families are the least restrictive as possible as we link them with resources for support within their community and culture. Extended family members with safe homes are the best resources for children who cannot remain with their own parents. Preparation for youth independence begins at the onset of service delivery and includes planning the steps that will lead to emancipation from the child welfare system. Permanency and independence are key objectives for all service consumers.
