Assist with planning and leading daily activities and eventsEncourage resident participation and meaningful engagementSupport memory care and dementia-friendly programmingBuild positive relationships with residents and familiesCommunicate resident needs and changes with the care teamMaintain activity documentation and program records

What We're Looking For

Compassionate, patient, and energetic personalityExperience working with seniors or memory care preferredStrong communication and teamwork skillsHigh school diploma required; related experience welcomedValid driver's license required
