Part-Time Project Analyst Description:
Provide analytical support for planning, implementing, and monitoring capital projects and asset acquisitions.
Collaborate with design and construction teams on capital projects, renovations, and project estimates.
Review and manage capital budgets, create project descriptions, and facilitate agreements with lenders and owners.
Manage vendor relationships, oversee payment schedules, and handle purchase orders and invoices.
Assist with the capital planning process and fiscal management, ensuring compliance with financial protocols.
Review monthly CIP entries, collaborate with property management, and track progress on projects.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
Hospitality experience preferred.
