Assistant Project ManagerThe Assistant Project Manager will be responsible for:Assisting in the planning, coordination, and successful delivery of large-scale construction projects.Supporting Project Managers with budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and subcontractor management.Collaborating with project teams, consultants, and clients to ensure project objectives are achieved.Monitoring project progress, tracking key milestones, and helping resolve issues proactively.Maintaining project documentation, contracts, reports, and communication throughout the project lifecycle.Contributing to projects ranging from $50M to $200M+ within multifamily, student housing, mixed-use, hospitality, life science, and office sectors.Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
