Known for prioritizing quality over volume, they offer employees the opportunity to work on meaningful projects while maintaining a balanced and sustainable workload.Job DescriptionAssist Project Managers with the day-to-day management of construction projects from preconstruction through closeoutCoordinate subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and project stakeholders throughout the construction processManage project documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, meeting minutes, and project reportsSupport budgeting, cost tracking, scheduling, and forecasting efforts to help ensure successful project deliveryMonitor project progress and help identify solutions to maintain schedule and budget objectivesCollaborate with field teams to ensure quality standards and project milestones are achievedParticipate in client, subcontractor, and internal project meetingsAssist with procurement activities and subcontract administrationBuild strong working relationships with clients, consultants, and project partnersThe Successful Applicant2-3 years of experience working for a commercial General Contractor or Construction Management firmBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferredExperience supporting commercial construction projects valued from several million dollars and aboveExposure to multifamily, public, municipal, educational, healthcare, assisted living, or similar project types preferredStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyProficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office SuiteExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsDesire to learn, grow, and advance into a Project Manager roleWhat's on OfferSalary: $120,000-$150,000100% employer-paid benefits packageOpportunity to work on a mix of public and private projects ranging from $10M-$75MClear career advancement path within a growing project management teamExposure to high-profile multifamily, municipal, educational, and historic renovation projectsCulture focused on quality project delivery, employee development, and manageable workloads rather than overloading staff
