Our client is seeking two Assistant Project Managers to support multifamily renovation projects in Wilton and New Haven, CT. Description

• Assist Project Managers with the successful delivery of multifamily renovation projects ranging from $1M to $10M.
• Support project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and cost tracking activities.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and ownership teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project progress, maintain documentation, and help ensure milestones are achieved on schedule.
• Participate in project meetings and contribute to resolving construction-related challenges.
• Assist in managing contract administration, change orders, and project reporting.
• Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and company standards across all phases of construction.
• Collaborate closely with field teams to maintain strong communication and project execution.

Profile

• 2-3 years of experience supporting construction projects within multifamily, hospitality, or renovation environments.
• Experience working on projects valued between $1M and $10M.
• Multifamily construction experience is strongly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment.
• Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office tools.
